When we built our new home, we chose Senco Hearting and Air Conditioning to design, supply and install our HVAC systems, gas and electric fireplaces, and outdoor gas fire features. They also ran all the gas lines necessary for the appliances, indoors and out. Since this was our first build we didn’t know what to expect. The professionals at Senco took the time to design a quality HVAC system for our home that resulted in a very quiet and efficient multi-zone arrangement that is basically “set and forget”! The Trane equipment they use provides great value and quality with an impressive warranty. It even came with a smartphone app so we can control and monitor our system from anywhere! The app even lets us know when it requires attention.

Building a new home can be a daunting process. It’s reassuring to know you have an honest and experienced team taking care of something as important as your HVAC, and that it is going to do it’s job after the build is complete. The service that Senco provided to us during and after the project is absolutely top notch with great follow-up along the way.
